1. Who we are

KlearKomply is operated by I 4 U Services BV (0897.752.915). See the legal notice for full details.

2. What KlearKomply is — and isn't

KlearKomply is an automated, deterministic scanner that reports observable technical and content signals on publicly reachable web pages, explains why they may matter, and suggests how to improve them. It is not legal advice, and a report is not a legal compliance assessment, audit, certification or guarantee. A report can miss issues (for example content rendered only by JavaScript, colour contrast or keyboard behaviour) and can include findings that turn out to be acceptable in your context. Decisions about legal obligations remain yours and your advisers'.

3. The services

• Quick Scan — free, up to 10 pages, readiness findings and remediation hints.
• Full Readiness Scan — €29, one-time, per report: a new scan of the same website of up to 50 pages with Developer Fix Briefs. Prices include Belgian VAT (21%).

Reports remain available through their private link for 30 days and are then deleted.

4. Acceptable use

You may scan publicly accessible websites. You must not use KlearKomply to:

• overload, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any website or system;
• circumvent rate limits or the scanner's technical safeguards;
• harass, threaten or mislead website owners, for example by presenting a report as a legal finding.

We may refuse or stop scans that breach these rules.

5. Payment and right of withdrawal

Payment is taken in advance through Floot Payments, with card processing by Stripe. The Full Readiness Scan is digital content supplied immediately. As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by asking us to start the Full Readiness Scan immediately and acknowledging this before payment, you lose that right once the scan has started. If a paid scan cannot be completed because of a fault on our side, we will run it again or refund you.

6. Liability

We provide the service with care, but on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a scan is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the registered office of I 4 U Services BV, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
